1. Application of self-aligning roller bearing device

(1) The user should select the appropriate fit and the stiffness clearance of the bearing according to the application request. Please correct bearing code number first after unpacking. Before the bearing device, if grease is needed in the bearing, the grease must be clean and appropriate.

(2) When the device is installed, it is advisable not to directly hammer the inner, outer ring end face and roller, so as not to crack the inner ring or middle, small rim. Normally, the user should put the bearing into the mineral oil and heat it to 90°-100° and install it on the spindle immediately. Do not use part of the bearing spray burning method, when it is difficult to "hot charging" users should also use special sleeve device.

(3) In the application of bearings, there should be good sealing and dustproof installation and smooth, and oil cannot be broken.

(4) Bearing warehouse should be clean and dry, without environmental pollution, bearing stacking is not on the ground, and packaging is not damaged. Bearings with more than one year in stock must be cleaned and oiled again.

2. Application of thrust self-aligning roller bearings and thrust ball bearings

(1) When installing bearings, the bearing oil seal should be cleaned and then coated with clean, high-quality smooth oil.

(2) When the bearing is installed, the force should be even and not hammered. If the fit interference is large, the bearing should be heated to 90°-100° in mineral oil, and immediately installed.

(3) The warehouse for storing bearings should be clean and clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%.

(4) Stock bearings should be cleaned and oiled once every other year, and the oil seal packaging should adhere to good.

(5) When using bearings, there should be good sealing and dustproof installation, and the working condition should be checked regularly.

3. Application of cylindrical roller bearing device

(1) The bearing is of separation type, and the user can adjust the clearance according to the demand when installing.

(2) Before the use of bearings, the application of gasoline or kerosene cleaning clean, and adhere to good smooth.

(3) When the bearing device is installed, the bearing should be pressed into the parts, and it is strictly prohibited to knock.

(4) The bearing storage place should be clean and ventilated, to prevent moisture, and the bearings that need long-term storage should be regularly rust-proof.

4. Application of rolling bearings, deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings

(1) When installing bearings, the force should be even and not directly hammered. For example, if the fit is large, the bearing should be heated in the air heating furnace or oil furnace with automatic temperature control, and the heating temperature should be strictly controlled below 120°.

(2) The bearing equipped with nylon holder can work continuously and stably for a long time at -40°-120°. It should not work for more than 4 hours at 150°, and the temporary temperature peak can reach 180°.

(3) The warehouse for storing bearings should be clean, dry and chemical products are not allowed to be stored in the same store, the relative humidity should not exceed 65%, and bearings are not allowed to be stored on the ground.

(4) Stock bearings should be cleaned once every other year, and anti-rust packaging should be stopped.
