Thrust ball bearing
Details

★ Product features

Thrust ball bearings are composed of a shaft ring, a seat ring, a steel ball and a cage. The ring matched with the shaft is called a shaft ring, and the ring matched with the shell is called a seat ring. The bearing with a spherical mounting surface of the seat ring has self-aligning performance, which can reduce the impact of installation errors.

Thrust ball bearings are mainly used to bear axial loads, which can transmit large axial loads but cannot bear radial loads. This kind of bearing is mainly used in automobile steering mechanism, machine tool spindle and so on.

★ Product classification

Thrust ball bearings produced by ZWZ can be roughly divided into two types:

Unidirectional thrust ball bearing

Bidirectional thrust ball bearing

Unidirectional thrust ball bearing

Includes a shaft ring, a seat ring and a ball - cage assembly. Bearings can be separated, and the shaft ring, seat ring, ball - cage assembly can be installed separately. Available in three types:

Thrust ball bearing with flat seat ring

Thrust ball bearing with aligning seat

Thrust ball bearing with aligning seat ring and aligning seat washer

Unidirectional thrust ball bearing is mainly used to bear unidirectional axial load and can be used for unidirectional axial positioning.

Bidirectional thrust ball bearing

Includes a shaft ring, two seat rings, a central shaft ring and a ball - cage assembly.

Bidirectional thrust ball bearing Bearing can bear bidirectional axial load and make bidirectional axial positioning.
