This kind of bearing is mainly used for medium and large electric motors, generators, internal combustion engines, gas turbines, machine tool spindles, reducer, loading, unloading and handling machinery, all kinds of industrial machinery.

Cylindrical roller bearings produced by ZWZ can be divided into the following types:

Single row cylindrical roller bearing

Double row cylindrical roller bearing

Four row cylindrical roller bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearing

NU, N:

The NU outer ring has a double rim, the outer ring, roller and cage can be separated from the inner ring. N type inner ring has double guard edges, inner ring, roller and cage can be separated from the outer ring.

NU type and N type allow the shaft to move in axial direction relative to the housing in a certain range, and can adapt to the change of the relative position of the shaft and the housing caused by thermal expansion or installation error. They are most suitable for free end bearings. Can not limit the axial displacement of the shaft and housing, can only withstand radial load.

NJ and NF:

NJ type outer ring has double guard edge, inner ring has single guard edge. NF type inner ring has double flange, outer ring has single flange.

NJ and NF can withstand a certain degree of unidirectional axial load.

NUP and NH:

NUP outer ring with double guard, inner ring have single guard with flat collar, NH outer ring with double guard, inner ring with single guard with helical baffle ring, can install the inner ring and outer ring (with a full range of roller and cage), the axis and shell of two directions of axial displacement limit within the bearing axial clearance limit, in addition to bear radial load, can also carry a small amount of two-way axial load. Therefore, it is suitable for fixed end bearings

NCL... V:

Cylindrical roller bearings without cages, with double locking rings and without flange outer ring.

Compared with other cylindrical roller bearings of the same size, this kind of bearing can bear a larger radial load, but its limit speed is lower. The inner ring and outer ring of the bearing can not be separated and can not be installed separately. The axial displacement of the shaft or shell in two directions can be limited within the axial clearance limit of the bearing.

NB:

Cylindrical roller bearing without flange.

The inner ring, the outer ring and the cage with a full set of rollers can be installed separately. The axial displacement of the bearing or the shell cannot be limited and the axial load cannot be borne.

NJ... "V"

Cylindrical roller bearing with single flange and no cage in inner ring

Compared with other cylindrical roller bearings of the same shape size, this kind of bearing has a larger radial load capacity, but the limit speed is lower, does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the shell, and cannot bear the axial load.

NCF... "V"

Short cylindrical roller bearings without cage, with single flange on outer ring

This kind of bearing has no cage and is filled with rollers. Compared with other cylindrical roller bearings of the same size, it can bear a larger radial load, but its limit speed is lower.

The bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in both directions within the axial clearance limit of the bearing.

... Type N (bearing with stop groove)

Part of the single row cylindrical roller bearing outer ring with stop groove, rear code with "N". The use of stop ring bearings in the bearing seat for axial positioning, simplify the axial fastening of bearings in the shell hole, the shell hole can be made into a through hole, so as to reduce the axial size of components.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings:

NN type:

Inner ring with rim, outer ring without rim. The outer ring and inner components can be installed separately, which does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or shell, and cannot bear the axial load. Compared with the single row cylindrical roller bearing with the same radial size, it can bear the larger radial load.

Compact structure, small deformation under load, especially suitable for machine tool spindle support.

NN... K type:

The structure is the same as NN, except that the inner hole of the bearing is tapered, which is convenient to adjust the radial clearance of the bearing, and convenient to assemble and disassemble. This type of bearing is mostly used in machine tool spindles, which is installed on the cone shaft, and the radial clearance is adjusted by the amount of pressing in the inner ring.

Type NNU, NNU... K type:

Outer ring with rim, inner ring without rim. There are two kinds of cylindrical holes and conical holes. Does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the shell, can not bear the axial load, and the same radial size of the single row cylindrical roller bearings, can bear a larger radial load.

NNCF type:

The inner ring has three guard edges and the outer ring has one guard edge, which can be used for axial positioning in one direction. The outer ring is equipped with a fixed ring on the other side of the guard to keep the bearing as one.

NNCL type:

The inner ring has three guard edges, the outer ring has no guard edges, and both sides have stop rings to become non-separated bearings.

The NNCS type:

The inner ring has three guard edges, the outer ring has no guard edges, and the middle of the outer ring has a lock ring, which becomes a non-separated bearing. Allow shaft and bearing seat to have a certain axial displacement, can be used as free end bearings.

Four row cylindrical roller bearings

Four row cylindrical roller bearings can bear large radial load and impact load, high machining accuracy, suitable for high speed.

After the inner ring is pressed into the roller diameter, the inner ring raceway surface and roller surface can be ground at the same time, which is beneficial to improve the rolling accuracy, and the bearing installation clearance can be adjusted freely.

It is mainly used on the work roll or support roll of cold rolling mill, hot rolling mill, billet cutter and other machines, but it can also be used in other occasions.
